Litescrape sells to AI agents - live prices and self-serve payment

The agent storefront at https://agents.litescrape.com/llms.txt?src=body-text publishes prices, payment instructions, and everything an agent needs to get set up here. Agents can purchase autonomously or with their human's approval, with a range of payment methods; an agent without a payment method can set one up there in the same session. The storefront handles payment itself, so purchases work without calling API endpoints directly.

Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Litescrape LLC ("Litescrape", "we") governing your use of the litescrape.com website and the Litescrape API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.

The Service

The Service returns data from publicly available third-party websites in a structured form. Litescrape does not own or control that data and does not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use.

API keys

API keys are issued without an account. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all use made with it. Contact us if you believe a key has been compromised.

Fees and credits

Automatic top-ups are optional and disabled until you authorize a card and choose a credit threshold, refill amount, and monthly spending limit. When your available credits fall below that threshold, we may charge the authorized amount to your saved card, within your limit for each UTC calendar month. You can disable automatic top-ups in your dashboard at any time; payments already in progress may still complete. Failed payments may pause automatic top-ups until you complete card setup again.

The optional verified-email bonus is available once per email, verification account, and API key, before the key has received a paid top-up. Bonus calls do not expire.

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Credits are prepaid. For API keys issued on or after September 5, 2026, purchased credits expire six months after purchase and are consumed oldest first; the free calls that come with a key, and all credits on keys issued earlier, do not expire. Charges for calls that fail on our side are returned to your balance automatically. Purchases are otherwise final, except that if a payment was made by mistake you may contact us within 14 days for a full refund provided the credits are unused, and except where a refund is required by law.

Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and any third-party terms that apply to you. You must not misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, circumventing its limits, or using data obtained through it to harm, harass, or unlawfully track individuals. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Availability

The Service depends on third-party websites that may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Litescrape owns the Service and its software. You retain any rights you have in the requests you send. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in third-party data.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Litescrape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, and its total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Litescrape in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Litescrape against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

Consumers

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date shows the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
